My journey into health and wellness started with a simple goal: to feel better, have more energy, and show up as the best version of myself for my kids. As a busy mom, I know how hard it can be to juggle life, work, and taking care of yourself. That’s why I fell in love with loaded teas and the boost they bring — not just physically, but mentally too.

Hype Nutrition was created to inspire others to feel confident, energized, and motivated in their everyday lives. My brand is all about bold energy, positive vibes, and helping people stay focused on their goals while still enjoying the journey.

As a Christian, my faith guides everything I do. I believe God placed this vision on my heart to build something meaningful — not just a business, but a community where people feel encouraged, supported, and uplifted.
